1、 Definition and scope of application of diamond reamer

Diamond reamer, also known as diamond honing reamer or honing rod in the industry, has no cutting teeth and mainly relies on "grinding" to complete processing. It is a new process formed by combining ordinary honing with conventional reaming technology. 1. Characteristics of superhard fixed diamond electroplated reamer:

Fixed blade size: The size and shape of the blade are fixed and cannot be adjusted. Suitable for hole processing of specific sizes and shapes.

High rigidity: Due to its simple structure and lack of adjustable components, the overall rigidity is high, making it suitable for high-precision and high rigidity machining applications.

The tool structure is simple and the manufacturing cost is low.

2. Adjustable diamond electroplated reamer features:

Adjustable blade size: The blade size can be adjusted as needed to accommodate hole machining of different sizes and shapes.

High flexibility: By adjusting the structure, it can quickly adapt to different processing needs.

Capable of processing various specifications of aperture, with strong adaptability.

Suitable for production environments that require frequent replacement of tool specifications, saving tool replacement time and costs.

Fixed diamond electroplated reamers are suitable for batch production of specific size holes and have the advantages of high rigidity and high precision. Fixed diamond reamers below 5mm are not recommended as the size is difficult to control, and grinding heads can be used instead to reduce costs.

Adjustable diamond electroplated reamers are suitable for multi specification and small batch production, with high flexibility and adaptability, but their structure is relatively complex. Adjustable diamond reamer below 7mm is not recommended, and there is currently no upper limit on the maximum diameter.

3、 Customization process of Shili superhard diamond reamer

Next, the technical department of Shili will design the production drawings of the rollers based on this information and submit them to the customer for confirmation.
