Henan ShiLi Diamond Products Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the research and production of diamond blade rollers with mortise and tenon roots for aircraft engine blades. In order to achieve the localization of aircraft engine blade rollers and replace imported products, the company utilizes the full lifecycle PLM software system, CAXA drawing software, and Japanese imported PG drawing machine product design and modeling platform to quickly produce high-precision enlarged drawings for the design, processing, simulation, and modeling of diamond blade rollers. The enlarged projection detection and experimental comparison are used to improve the product qualification rate to 99.8%.

By integrating U8ERP and PLM with the PLC system of high-precision CNC lathes, automatic control of precision machining processes can be achieved, achieving a machining accuracy of 1 micron and improving overall product control to the micron level. By optimizing the layout of production processes and relying on ERP kanban management, the vacuum sintering temperature process is standardized, resulting in a significant reduction in product sintering deformation; Continuous improvement has achieved lean production management, established a standardized quality control mechanism, and improved product quality. The construction of the above scenarios has invested a total of 2.775 million yuan, solving the bottleneck problem of foreign aviation products in China.
